On April 22, 2015 in the United States District Court Northern District of California under case No. 5:14-cv-05377-EJD an ORDER approving entry of a Default Judgment was granted and entered against Remon Issa Daniel Sole Proprietor of Bay Area Markets in the principal amount of $25,644, taxable costs in the amount of $450.40, contractual attorneys’ fees in the amount of $7,279 and contractual pre-judgment interest in the amount of $2,099.30 for a total judgment amount of $35,738.27.
