In the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York (Brooklyn) under case number 1:14-cv-04088 on March 30, 2015, Judgment was granted for failure to pay for produce purchased in the amount of $90,000.00, less all amounts paid pursuant to the settlement agreement and stipulation.

In the event any payment is delinquent, Plaintiff shall be entitled to recapture all interest accruing from the date each invoice payment first became due until fully paid at the original invoice rate of sixteen percent (16%) per annum, all of which shall be added to the sums due under this Judgment.
