Wegmans, Target, Nugget, Publix make 2021 Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For

Wegmans BB #:104173 must be doing something right. The Rochester, NY-based company is celebrating its 24^th year on the Fortune 100 Best Companies to Work For list, along with several other retailers noted for high-quality working conditions.

The annual list uses “people analytics” from Great Places to Work, including a survey of more than 500,000 employees on topics like trustworthiness, employee physical, emotional, and financial health, and a company’s broader community impact.

Wegmans was named No. 4 this year.
