On August 9, 2023, Texas Produce Co., Inc., BB #:105966 Houston, TX., filed a voluntary petition for bankruptcy under Chapter 7 In the United States Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Texas (Houston) under case number 23-33038. 

Petition content showed cash, accounts receivable, and fixed assets totaled $368,141.22, while unsecured claims totaled $2,017,392.39 on 37 creditor claims.

The statement of financial affairs showed 2022 company gross revenues of $11,490,359 and $11,897,995 for 2021.  2023 year to petition gross revenues were $4,714,228.
