Dole rallies pineapple lovers to give blood for National Pineapple Week

This year, Dole Food Company BB #:124463, one of the world’s largest and most prolific providers of pineapples, is celebrating National Pineapple Day on June 27 with a week of giving back.

Dole team members, family and friends at Dole Food Company port, sales and other offices nationwide will be donating blood in a week-long blood drive and pineapple-gifting event June 23-29. Every blood donor receives a ripe DOLE Pineapple, and Dole is also donating the fruit to residents in its communities.

Dole’s 2024 goal is to double the number of pints of blood donated in 2023. 

The produce leader is encouraging all Dole customers and pineapple lovers to use a special BloodLink https://rcblood.org/4bCWPa0 to schedule an appointment to donate at their neighborhood Red Cross Donation Center during the Dole Pineapple Week Blood Drive June 23-29.
