The Credit & Finance article, “Clear As Day: Achieving Transparency in Everyday Business Interactions,” is about ways companies can be transparent with one another to improve business relations. One way your company can do this is to become listed with Blue Book Services.

Once listed, providing your annual financial statements—especially if your company is private—can be done easily with Blue Book Online Services by navigating to the Edit My Company Data page, then clicking on Upload Financial Statement.

If statements have been provided in the past, this page will show the date of the previous statement. Staying up to date on your submissions can help your business trade more easily with others in the industry.

Another way to promote company transparency is to keep your Reference List current. Again, go to the Edit My Company Data page, and click on Manage Reference List. This page also shows the date you last updated your list of references.
