Company Issued Statement
On July 24, 2013, DNO Produce voluntary recalled whole and fresh-cut zucchini products shipped from July 1 thru July 24, 2013. The recalled product was shipped directly to retail, wholesale and food service customers in Ohio. DNO Produce issued this voluntary recall out of an abundance of caution after one sample processed and taken on July 15 tested positive for Listeria monocytogenes. The company received the test result on July 24. To date, no illnesses have been associated with this voluntary recall.
