Judgment Entered Against Ontario Produce Company

In the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut New Haven under case number 3:15-cv-00645 on July 15, 2015, judgment has been entered against the company for $24,256.79, which includes principal amount of $16,895.00, plus interest at the rate of 18% per annum from January 1, 2014 through December 12, 2014, in the amount of $2,889.78, plus post-just interest at the rate of .15% per annum from December 12, 2014 through June 25, 2015, in the amount of $13.61, plus $500.00, plus $3,868.40 in additional attorneys’ fees.
