On November 24, 2014 in the United States District Court for the Central District of California Western Division (Los Angeles) under case No. 2:14-cv-05715-PA-MRW, an ORDER approving entry of a Default Judgment was granted and entered against Expomex Corp.for the principal amount of $56,329.95, plus pre-judgment interest of $2,964.13, an award of reasonable attorneys’ fees of $3,972.00, and costs in the amount of $587.75, for a total judgment amount of $63,853.83.
