In the United States District Court for the Central District of California Southern Division Santa Ana, under case 8:14-cv-00969-AB-JCG, an ORDER approving entry of a Default Judgment was granted and entered against R.F.T. Farm Sales, Inc. for total amount of $116,592.42 all of which qualifies for trust protection. On October 31, 2014 another judgment was granted under the same case in favor of an intervening plaintiff in the amount of $3,851.55 all of which also qualifies for trust protection.
