On September 5, 2014 in the United States District Court for the District of California Western Division under case No. 2:14-cv-03833-BRO-MRW, an ORDER approving entry of a Default Judgment was granted. The judgment was entered against S & S Fresh Produce, Inc. for the principal amount of $39,823.65, plus pre-judgment interest and finance charges of $6,757.23 with additional pre-judgment interest of $467.76, an award of reasonable attorneys’ fees of $3,394.85, and costs in the amount of $568.34, for a total judgment amount of $51,011.83.
