On December 24, 2024, Freshquita Brands, LLC, BB #:341978 with headquarters in McAllen, TX, filed a voluntary bankruptcy petition under Chapter 7 In the United States Bankruptcy Court, for the Southern District of Texas, under case number 24-70288.
Petition content shows the estimated number of creditors to range between 50-99. Estimated assets were reported to range between $100,000 and $500,000, while estimated liabilities were $1 million – $10 million. The petition showed that “after any administrative expenses are paid, no funds will be available for distribution to unsecured creditors.”
The first meeting of creditors is scheduled for February 21, 2025 at 10:00 AM via Zoom – Curtis: meeting ID 226 275 2576, and, Passcode 329223765, OR, call 956-597-3216.
