New Century Food Corporation, located in Lorton, VA, filed a petition for bankruptcy under Chapter 11 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Virginia under case number 2024bk11434, on August 5, 2024.

New Century Food also does business as Diet-to-Go and diettogomeals.com.

Petition content shows the estimated number of creditors to range 50-99. Estimated assets were reported to range between $0 and $50,000, while estimated liabilities were reported to range between $1,000,000 and $10,000,000. A creditor matrix is attached. 

The petition showed that “funds will be available for distribution to unsecured creditors.”
