One of my favorite things about Lidl is the awesome coffee machine, and the Valentine’s Day special on strawberries.
It’s a little weird to get used to the idea of lettuce displayed in ambient temperatures, but completely opposite when it comes to cucumbers. We all know cucumbers should be displayed in ambient temperature for optimal flavor, but in the U.S. retailers are so conditioned to refrigerate that you often don’t find them.
