The member interest of Georgia National Produce, LLC, Atlanta, Georgia, was purchased by Pro-Health, LLC, Wray, Colorado on October 1, 2014. Georgia National Produce, LLC is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Pro-Health, LLC.

Gene Sutherland, Sr., Gene Sutherland, Jr. and Lon Langston III, former owners of Georgia National Produce, were reported no longer associated following the transaction. Smoot Langston, Jr., another former owner of Georgia National Produce, remained with the company as vice president of sales following the transaction. Brandon Larsen, owner of Pro-Health, LLC, became the company’s managing member.
