ShopRite expands Fresh to Table program

Wakefern Food Corp. BB #:101244 expanded its Fresh to Table program to another ShopRite store, this time in Philadelphia.

Fresh to Table, a store-within-a-store format, provides a “reimagined retail destination where customers can find fresh, on-trend foods and meal solutions.”

It is focused on grab-and-go items and “digital innovations” designed to help customers save time.

ShopRite says the format “reinvents the produce and fresh departments” to provide “inspired, high-quality options for shoppers looking for a one-stop-shopping experience.”

This includes ready-to-cook, ready-to-heat and serve, and ready-to-eat meals.

It also features a “One Stop Dinner shop” with five-ingredient meals created by ShopRite chefs and dietitians that change weekly.

This is the fifth ShopRite location to feature Fresh to Table, joining:

• Brookdale, NJ;
• Greenwich, NJ;
• Burlington, NJ; and
• Monroe, NY.

Another is planned for ShopRite of Morrell Plaza in Philadelphia.
