AUSTIN, TX—I had a chance to chat with Anne-Marie Roerink of 210 Analytics, the author of the Power of Produce report for the Food Marketing Institute and the Southeast Produce Council ahead of her presentation at Southern Innovations in Nashville.

The presentation, “Everything You Always wanted to Know About Organics but Were Afraid to Ask,” discussed some brand new research into the organic shopper with key insights from shopper loyalty data, as well as the freshest numbers you’ll see about the growth in top organic produce categories.

And while it’s true that organic produce isn’t putting up the double-digit juggernaut numbers it maintained a few years ago, Anne-Marie says it’s all about perspective.

She also shares some of the fastest growing organic produce categories including…cabbage???
