SWIPE golf tournament to benefit Boys & Girls Club

This year’s Fresh Produce Association of the America’s golf tournament is a little different. As the event is transitioning to the Southwest International Produce Expo, the annual FPAA golf tournament has made some changes as well.

The 54th FPAA Swipe Desert Classic is planned for Nov. 4 in Tucson at the Ventana Canyon Club and Lodge.

Players will compete for $6,000 in prize money, $2,000 in raffle prizes, and more.

“The SWIPE Desert Classic will be the cherry tomato on top of a two-day expo,” said Craig Slate of title sponsor SunFed and WholesaleWare.

Registration is available at www.swipeexpo.com.
