A consent temporary restraining order was granted, on September 11, 2015, in a civil suit filed in the United States District Court, Northern District of Georgia against ABL Farms, Inc. and Aaron B. Letsinger. The case number is 15-03171. Two co-plaintiffs were seeking approximately $202,700 in the case. A hearing to consider plaintiffs’ request for a preliminary injunction was set for October 7, 2015 at 2 pm. Additional information regarding this case will be provided as it becomes available.
