Temporary Restraining Ordered Against USA Tropicals, Inc.

In the United States District Court, Eastern District of New York (Brooklyn) under case number 1:14-cv-04088 on July 1, 2014, a Temporary Restraining order was granted against the USA Tropicals, Inc. for failure to pay for produce in the principal amount of $90,000, plus finance charges accrued through June 24, 2014, in the amount of at least $2,929.32, plus reasonable attorney’s fees in the amount of at least $4,147.50, plus filing fees in the amount of $400, for an aggregate amount of at least $97,476.82.

An Order to Show Cause why a Preliminary Injunction should not be granted is scheduled on July 9, 2014 at 11:30 a.m. at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York, 225 Cadman Plaza East, Brooklyn, NY, 11201.
