On June 5, 2025, Mayan Farmers Produce, LLC, BB #:386896 headquartered in Pharr, TX, filed for voluntary bankruptcy under Chapter 7 in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. The case number is 25-70158.
The petition indicates that the company has between 1 and 49 creditors. Estimated assets range from $0 to $50,000, while liabilities are reported to be between $1 million and $10 million. The petition also states that after administrative expenses are paid, no funds will be available for distribution to unsecured creditors.
