To-Jo Mushrooms Enhances Senior Leadership

To-Jo Mushrooms, Inc. announces that Kevin Delaney has joined the company as VP of Sales and Marketing and Amy Steenrod has been appointed to Director of Human Resources.

Mr. Delaney will be responsible for managing To-Jo’s national sales team and overseeing the marketing strategies for both the Fresh and Food Products Divisions of the company. He previously served as Director of Marketing at Procacci Brothers in Philadelphia, where he has worked since 2007. Kevin also currently serves on the PMA Foundation Board of Directors.

“Kevin will give To-Jo a national perspective that further strengthens our competitive position in both the Foodservice and Retail segments of the industry. We are excited to have him on board as we continue to expand our business and develop new territories”, said President Anthony D’Amico.

Amy Steenrod comes to To-Jo from Embraer Aircraft Holdings in Ft. Lauderdale, FL where she served as Sr. Human Resources Business Partner. She brings 20 years of HR experience, and a proven set of business practices that will only enhance our company’s culture and contribute to the To-Jo “employee experience”. During her time at Embraer Amy was an integral part of their three year run as one of “Florida’s Best Companies to Work For”.
