DALLAS, TX — I always leave produce shows with bags of interesting things to sample. This time I brought back some intensely-flavored tomatoes from the Organic Produce Summit and had my friends try them to taste the difference.

We had Mastronardi Produce’s Sugar Bombs and Nature Fresh Farms’ Hiios. The tomato category at your average grocery store is a wonderland of flavor. Do you think all tomatoes essentially taste the same?

These two could not be more different.
