You can hear the rustle of booths starting to break down when you’re at an in-person trade show. It starts quietly, typically spreading from the far corners to the main aisles. And before you know it, everyone is starting pack up.

But that’s now how a virtual trade show works.

Now that the five-day United Fresh Live event has wrapped up, I talked with Mary Coppola BB #:145458, United Fresh’s Vice President of Marketing and Communications about how the produce industry can continue to get value out of the platform, which will remain active until September 1.
