For fiscal 2015, revenues decreased 5.8% to $4,179.8 million, compared to $4,435.6 million for fiscal 2014. Net revenues for fiscal 2015 decreased 4.0% to $1,457.6 million, compared to $1,517.8 million for fiscal 2014. The decrease in revenue and net revenue was primarily related to lower air and ocean freight forwarding yields and lower volumes in freight forwarding, as well as currency exchange rate fluctuations.
