A recent research study shows that fruits and vegetables are not only healthy nutritionally but also improve quality of life and life expectancy.

The lead author, Dr. Taylor Wallace, professor in the Department of Nutrition and Food Studies at George Mason University, founder and CEO of the Think Healthy Group, and acting chief food and nutrition scientist for the Produce for Better Health Foundation, BB #:157162 said he hopes this research will lead to a higher profile for fruits and vegetables in public policy.
